Diamond Multimedia Diamond Stealth III S540 32MB PCI Driver. Since the Diamond Multimedia site is down (for now)...here is the latest driver I found for this card. There is one setback...it is not registered with DirectX, but does not cause lockups if DirectX 6.x/7.x is installed.
