ATI Rage XL AGP 2X Driver. Finally located it by trying a different keyword order while searching ATI's website. This works with the onboard VGA adaptors for motherboards such as Gygabyte's GA-6VTXDR-C (the other driver for atiragexl/win98 in driversguide's database didn't it looks like that one is for a standalone Rage card, though)
