Creative Labs Creative PC-DVD Encore Driver. ctencore.vxd along with ctdvdenc.inf - just right-click on the .inf file and choose install (I was unable to use the .vxd file myself without the .inf file) ctencore.vxd is needed in order to make PC-DVD Encore Dxr2 work.
