Toshiba Raffles TV/Radio Drivers with Intercast setup (Others) Driver. I ganked the driver for the Raffles TV/RADIO card from the Toshiba drivers and utilities CD after attempting to repair a system here in the shop. The install itself is pretty straightforward, make sure that you have the right directory specified, and the .inf's have the subdirectory information already.
