This driver is from a HP restore disk for HP Pavilion 8655C. It most likely will work with other Pavilion models in the 8xxx range if they also have the Intel 810 video chipset.

Bear in mind this driver is pretty old so you have a choice of using this original driver that was shipped with the system or you may be able to visit the Intel website and obtain a newer version.

unzip this file to a temp folder. You will have several sub-folders. Find the one named GRAPHICS and run setup.exe from that folder to start the installation program.

you can also burn these files to cd-r... once done it will autorun the installation program when inserted into a cd-rom drive.
