NXP Semiconductors Germany tv tuner cards with Philips SAA713x chipset Driver. A Pinnacle PCTV Stereo (circa: Nov.2003) MINITV-DVB-T-51015697-1.1 tv tuner card contains a Philips saa7134 chipset.

This driver should work ok (even though I had no way to test it). My conclusion is based on the file date.
