ATI Rage IIc Driver. I had a heck of a time finding a driver for the Rage IIc for XP. I think this just fools the OS into thinking it's the correct driver... but IT works! I Uninstalled the ATI control panel afterward. Read the read me. used on XP SP3 may work for win 2k also
