These drivers will enable the Animation Technologies TV Tuner card under Windows Millennium Edition. These drivers are only needed when the Packard Bell PC does not contain the preinstalled version of Windows ME but a retail installation. These drivers are only for Windows ME. Note that these drivers offer no recording software or any other software, just the bare functionality of the card under Windows ME.
