3Com Hauppauge Win/TV Driver. This is the winnt/2000 device driver for the 3com Big Picture webcam. Simply unzip it and go to device settings and install the driver pointing to the unzipped location. This is generally extrememly difficult to find so felt obligated to post it. goodluck.
