Octek AGP 740i (Intel) Driver. Because the driver for standard Intel 740 can cause problems with Windows ME, this is the original driver from Octek=Ocean that works well as well under Windows 95/98/9X=Millennium.
File Contents: (properties display driver - install new driver - point to the extracted file). Take care Octek says that the cards DO NOT FUNCTION under Windows ME - this is because you have to put AGP enabled instead of PCI for the Video in the BIOS !!!!
