Hercules 3D Prophet 4500 64 MB TV-Out Driver. I have been using the Hercules 3D Prophet 4500 64 MB TV-Out video card since it was launched and saved every available driver version for back-up.
File Contents: Personally I consider this 14.028 driver as the best Windows 2000 driver available. In my experience the later drivers, particularly the 15.084, are not recommended as they can cause crashes and in some cases only very limited screen resolutions.
