Dell Computer CineMaster C3.0 Driver. Very rare driver, I had to call dell to find this one! the dell part number is 0007998d, the manufacturer of this card is Quadrent International. This driver will work with windows 98 and ME. The card this driver is for is a hard ware dvd decoder card.. I hope it works for you, it worked for me!
