S3 Savage4 (394-398) (DeviceID 8A22) Driver. Driver works perfectly on my XP Pro SP2 even though it was made for WinXP.NET Server 2003. This driver fixed a problem with the TV Out being reported as on (PowerDVD 6) and causing an error preventing DVDs from being played. The error was - Error Code F4D41436: ‘this copy protected disk can not be played when the TV out function is enabled.’ I knew the error was wrong because I have a Savage4 LT that doesn’t have the TV Out option. I took me a week to find this driver, because I didn’t consider it an option until all the other ‘XP’ drivers failed allow DVDs to play. As you update your diver you must select that it is Ok to install the driver even though XP doesn’t recognize it as being for XP. Then reboot and enjoy flawless video graphics and DVD Play back.
File Contents: NOTE: you may need to enable Hardware Acceleration in your PowerDVD preferences or the DVD play back might skip every 20 seconds or so. (This might not be true for your system because my computer only has a 600 mhz Athlon.)
