Quadrant International cinemaster 3.0 Driver. I spent most of the day looking for this driver and every link I tried had the incorrect driver. This one worked for me, the decoder card is in a dell, the card has quadrant international printed on it as well as cinemaster 3.0. I hope this helps everyone looking as much as it helped me! =)
