Toshiba Toshiba Tecra 8000 NeoMagic256AV Driver. I got this video driver directly from Toshiba and re-compressed it into a more accessible zip file. I found their self-installing executable file to be cumbersome. These video drivers worked on Win98SE for me, but I assume they'll work on Win95 and WinME, as well. Just use Device Manager to update the video driver.
