Diamond Multimedia Diamond Stealth III s540 Driver. I had drivers for this card for Win95 that would not work with Win98. This zip file actually contains the drivers, and installation instructions for Win98 and Win2K. I have not tried the Win2K drivers. The Win98 drivers work beatifully.
